Gender Equality, which includes gender equity, is a discussion for the times, and it involves much more than income and employment figures.

There is a gap between men and women in other areas like educational opportunities, health outcomes, and political empowerment. Considering women makeup approximately half of the world’s population, Gender Equality is a human rights, economic, and social responsibility issue that impacts everyone.
