The SPI as an indicator for Project control consists of performing an analysis of the SPI ($) vs. SPI (t), applying the Project Control Model. So we developed this and that is applied in several companies in Bolivia.

The SPI simulations will be carried out in three scenarios. They are early project completion, completion on schedule, late completion (most common).

The SPI as an INDICATOR FOR PROJECT CONTROL simulations carried out through the Model will allow to validate the importance of complementing the Earned Value (EVM) . That is with the Earned Schedule (ESM), by means of the SPI (t) indicator and its other indicators.
