Saw Mill is a residential project, located in the harsh climate of California’s Mojave Desert, that takes sustainability to the next level. This house is completely off grid and is run entirely on solar power . Not only is the water sourced from a well rather than a municipality source but there are also passive design strategies in place that are used to regulate temperature. This help to regulate energy expended.
